We are seeking an experienced and talented Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our products’ usability and driving the overall design process. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities

  • Architect, build, and maintain the solution of data integration or ETL pipeline
  • Design and develop data models, data transformation processes, and metadata that converts raw data to formats suitable for consumption in BI platforms, including reporting, data mining, machine learning, forecasting, advanced analytics, etc.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience developing data integration or ETL using MySQL databases
  • Advanced working knowledge with relational databases, query authoring (SQL), and SQL optimization
  • Strong solution design experience including data modeling, data presentation, data visualization, the definition of key performance indicators, and ETL processing
  • Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL language
  • Experience integrating data from different sources (API, Databases, files, etc.)
  • Experience performing root cause analysis on data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.

Position Overview: The Talent Development Manager is responsible for assisting in the formulation and implementation of the company’s talent development strategy. The Role

Compensation and Benefits:

The hiring range for this position ranges from CA$70,000 – CA$80,000. Your actual level and salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.

We are seeking an experienced and talented Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our products’ usability and driving the overall design process. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand users’ goals and pain points through discovery and research, translating complex problems into clear solutions.
  • Visualize and prototype intended solutions at various levels of fidelity, including high-level wireframes, conceptual designs, design presentations and detailed specifications.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including development, operations and marketing team across North America.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design, applying them to enhance products’usability and user experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, usability best practices, and current design trends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex design challenges.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
